How quickly can I get a quote?

If it’s a fairly simple order, we will come back to you with estimated pricing in a matter of hours. For larger orders, or if the enquiry is relating to budgeting for a major activation, we will take you through our Discovery Process and offer you a (no-obligation) guide pricing based on our experience. Ready to go? You can contact us here or complete a quick brief here to get the ball rolling.

How long will it take to get my order?

Local goods are products that are sourced and decorated within Australia. These usually have a lead time of 1-3 weeks after artwork approval. Custom made/ offshore products are sourced and decorated offshore and shipped to Australia. They require the longer lead time of approximately 10-12 weeks from artwork approval (sea freight) or 6-8 weeks (air freight).

I have an urgent deadline/promotional campaign – can you help?

Yes – we have an extensive range of locally stocked promotional products which can be delivered within a few days, some in 24hrs!

Is there a minimum order on products?

Yes, all products have a minimum order quantity (MOQ). Please contact our friendly team for more information as all products vary.

Do I get a pre-production sample of my order?

Yes. On all offshore orders we provide a sample for approval before mass production. Generally, if an order is placed with an Australian supplier no sample is provided but at your request we can obtain an existing unbranded sample for approval.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. All of our promotional products are available for shipment worldwide. In fact we can deliver to multiple locations for one order.  Please provide delivery instruction details to the account manager when you request a quote.

What are overs and unders?

We try to produce your order in the exact quantity ordered, but when manufacturing offshore we need to allow for flaws in fabrics etc. For this reason, we have a 5% under and over policy.

Do I need to pay for freight and organise delivery myself?

No, the unit price is all inclusive. Our nominated freight forwarder will arrange delivery to your address.

What does FOB mean?

FOB stands for “free on board” or “freight on board” and is a designation that is used to indicate when liability and ownership of goods is transferred from a seller to a buyer.

Are there any hidden costs?

No, the unit price is all inclusive ex GST. Door to door service.
