Manage Existing Orders

There are 3 key stages for managing your order which can be viewed and tracked in our Scoro Customer Portal

Step 1

Order Confirmation Stage – This is where we confirm every aspect of your approved quote so that it can go into production such as finished artwork (we will ensure that your order meets TA’s brand guidelines), delivery details and any other information that needs to be finalised.

Step 2

Production Stage – This is where where we manage the actual production of your order including pre-production samples, testing, quality control and all the ‘behind the scenes’ aspects to make sure that your products and produced to the agreed specifications and deadline.

Step 3

Shipping and Delivery Stage  – We will deliver your order on or before the agreed delivery date and keep you updated with our delivery notifications. You can track your order at any time at the Scoro Portal
