Production & Timing
Local goods are products that are sourced and decorated within Australia. These usually have a lead time of 1-3 weeks after artwork approval. Custom made/ offshore products are sourced and decorated offshore and shipped to Australia. They require the longer lead time of approximately 10-12 weeks from artwork approval (sea freight) or 6-8 weeks (air freight).
Yes – we have an extensive range of locally stocked promotional products which can be delivered within a few days, some in 24hrs!
Yes. On all offshore orders we provide a sample for approval before mass production. Generally, if an order is placed with an Australian supplier no sample is provided but at your request we can obtain an existing unbranded sample for approval.
Yes. All of our promotional products are available for shipment worldwide. In fact we can deliver to multiple locations for one order. Please provide delivery instruction details to the account manager when you request a quote.
We try to produce your order in the exact quantity ordered, but when manufacturing offshore we need to allow for flaws in fabrics etc. For this reason, we have a 5% under and over policy.
No, the unit price is all inclusive. Our nominated freight forwarder will arrange delivery to your address.
FOB stands for “free on board” or “freight on board” and is a designation that is used to indicate when liability and ownership of goods is transferred from a seller to a buyer.

Step 2 – If the price estimate looks good, we get on the phone with our factories and suppliers, crunch the numbers and revert shortly with our proposal pricing. This price might cover a number of different options and/or quantities based on your brief.
Step 3 – Once we have agreed on all the specs and quantities we give you a final quotation. At Inck we are proud to offer a strict ‘No Surprises’ pricing policy (which is exactly as it sounds). The price we quote is the fully inclusive cost from start to delivery. In the unlikely scenario that something goes wrong we offer a full, money-back guarantee.

Please provide all artwork as high res outlined AI Illustrator, EPS or PDF in vector format. If you do not have this format, our designers will be happy to assist in creating artwork.
Don’t stress! We have a design team who can help create a design based on your exact specifications.
You can specify a PMS colour or send us a branding guide and we will do our best to match the exact or closest colour possible depending on the product. Keep in mind, colours on screen will look a little different to the print result on different surfaces.
Branding options vary from product to product. Many of the products we offer do allow for multiple branding positions, some free of charge and some at additional cost. Our sales team can discuss all the options available for the products you select when you get in touch.
Yes, of course! We won’t start your order until you have signed off an Artwork Approval for each product.
Four Colour Process is the most widely used method for printing full-colour images. It uses CMYK inks (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow & Black) to produce a full colour print of your artwork. This is ideal for artwork that uses many colours or includes photos or gradients.
